I think the best match for Lesnar is to put over a face Punk at WM. That's the only match that makes sense for Punk, other than a triple threat vs Cena and Rock. Sure, a match against Austin would be the most memorably, but I don't find it likely.

Have fun. I'm sure they will be there, unless Punk is banned from your country.

I went last month when they came to the Odyssey Arena. I'm going back in April when they come back for the Wrestlemania revenge tour. I'd love to get to a big event some time in my life. Mayhem in Manchester (1998) was the biggest I've been to. I call it big because it was released on video. woohoo. All the other events I've been to have been regular house shows. shit! just noticed it isn't until July. Well have fun then! |

I finally got around to watching the Shield vs. Ryback/Bryan/Kane match from TLC, and found that there is a way go make a Ryback match worth watching ... it just involves giving the match long stretches where Ryback is out of it, and let actual talented guys (Bryan, Kane, Ambrose, Rollins) go at it while he's down-and-out.
I can't believe that they still think that he's a future star. Ambrose, Rollins, even Reigns will be main eventing shows while Ryback is either injured (I can see torn quads or torn pecs in his future, just the way the other steroid monkeys have suffered injuries) or out via wellness violations. |

In some ways Ryback reminds me of Batista.
Batista was not that great in the ring but he was a fantastic heel and had a great run as world heavyweight champion. If only Ryback could learn to speak more than one sentence in a show, I would actually watch him perform with some interest. The feed me more chants are lame and I think it is only a matter of time before the general audience start to boo him as well.

As much as I like Ryback a lot, I will agree with you that those 'Feed Me More' chants do get a little monotonous after a while. I'm still kinda puzzled why the half the crowd boos Cena and the other half doesn't, but he's totally fine with that because he knows not everyone is going to like him... I think Batista has a nice reign as champ, no question on that...but now I hear he's in UFC now? Eh, couldn't be bothered with UFC crap because I don't care for that stuff...again, that's just me. |
