Just finished Stranger Things 2. It was awesome. Had to binge watch it. Each episode was better than the other.

Has anyone seen SyFy's Happy yet?

If you haven't then run and go watch it. It sounds crazy but it is an awesome twisted and original show. Christopher Meloni from Law and Order SVU plays a disgraced cop who fell down hard and is now more or less a street bum. A little girl is kidnapped by what appears to be a serial killer of some kind (lots of missing children posters around make me think that) and her imaginary purple unicorn friend (played by Patton Ozwald) tries to get Christopher's character to go and save her. Be advised that there are plenty "fuck" swears in the show and lots of extreme violence so not at all for kids. |

So Christopher Meloni went from playing a cop with violence issues catching pedophiles and rapists and other bad guys to a vampire authority figure to a guy trying to arrest Superman .. to a disgraced cop?
.... I love Christopher Meloni but why won't he just go back to L&O: SVU and make that show great again? Also, anybody here ever watch a show called Black Mirror and if so, do ya know where I could get a hold of that series, in it's entirety, in DVD format for REGION 1? I've seen it when it was on the BBC and then on Netflix and I liked it, enough to recommend it, but I can't seem to find it for ownership. |
