I don't see it like that at all, I'd actually say that a creampie is the vanilla thing while having your body soiled with sperm is way dirtier. I perceive the creampie as something romantic and loving, even in casual or cheating scenes.

I however agree on that, facials seem very disrespectful to me and I dislike them for that reason. I don't watch anal either, for the same reason, but also because I find it disgusting.
