I know all that , but I think people expect the champion to be able to talk and it is a different time than all those guys as well. Yokozuna had Fuji and Cornette. Kane had Paul Bearer etc. A manager would help , but they have mostly been done away with . Orton can string a few sentences together at least. I'm of the opinion that saying feed me more and beating a few donkeys wont be enough to keep him over.
Fuck it then. Agree to disagree. we'll find out soon enough anyway. |

Yeah, we can agree to disagree.
I think the difference is I don't value the mic skills as much. I'd rather there be less talking and more action. The only time I even think about the mic skills is when someone that has no business on the mic spends way too much time on it. I'd be perfectly happy if Ryback wins, comes to the ring during Raw, looks dead serious into the camera and says, "feed me more" just once(let the fans do the chanting, just say it once), drops the mic, turns slowly towards the entryway and glares at the ramp waiting for the next victim to be sent down to him. Then, Punk can come out, yack all he wants while Ryback just stares at him like he's a bug to be squashed, holds up the belt in one hand and motions him into the ring with the other. No words needed. No flowery speeches. Just supreme power and confidence. Most fans will buy into that. It'd be a nice break from the long winded bull sessions that have taken over the WWE lately.

I give my answer later I'm still thinking about it but, my moms says that Punk retaining the title we watch together when we have the chance and I'm starting to lean in that direction because it makes sense but, I wouldn't be surprised if Ryback hold the title until the next PPV and punk get it back.

I'm probably going to settle on Punk just because I want him to win
All I can see right now is Heyman trying to interfere and getting cut off and maybe somebody else, but he gets cut off too. Ryback hits his move and wins. That is what I'm getting from myself right now. |

It was a change with no mic talk to start RAW.

I'm going with Rybeck just upon the fact Punk has been played out character wise at this point. What's left for him to do? He needs to lose and refocus/repackage himself and come back stronger. Cena is on the shelf (and overexposed) and there aren't alot of options for the WWE to make the product seem fresh at this point. The only other thing I could see was if Lesner came back at HITC and killed Rybeck or Cena jumps in and sets up a Punk/Lesner vs. Rybeck/Cena PPV.
I also think Sheamus is done. He will probably beat the Big Slow and be all busted up and Ziggler will run in with the MITB case and take his title without even working for it. |

Dolph is bound to cash in. Why wouldn't you after a cell match? If he doesn't then they must have something else lined up for him down the line.
After reading Y2Js interview i'm actually feeling pysched about the match. It's great when you read somebodies insight and whole new revelations and scenarios emerge that you hadn't really contemplated or realised. I don't know what will happen now but i'm also stuck in the future thinking Rock is a face, Ryback a face, it just won't happen.. If Ryback is attacked before the match by anonymous backstage (Lesnar) then mr medically cleared can have his match that would of happened anyway. I would not be surprised and it would make sense because of the Heyman connection. It is a chance to make a new star and if the Rock wasn't scheduled for Royal Rumble then I would be all for seeing Ryback as the champion but I don't think it is likely. Damn you Rock! Still think you're great though. |

think we are all agreed that Ziggler could cash in. Big Show is not going to become champion, so it is all about him making Sheamus weak enough for Dolph. Be funny if he did come in and ate a brogue kick and got pinned, I wouldn't like it, but I would have to laugh.

Still undecided on Ryback and CM Punk. Something is just telling me that Ryback will not win the title. the good thing is it has people talking again. Something interesting going on. |
