Quote:
The acting is excellent, the story engaging, and it is well directed and shot, and is also edited well. The soundtrack is spot on for the period, and manages to make use of good music from the era (1983) rather than some of the more cheesy stuff that was popular back then. 9/10

A Compendium of material
I don't take cable, satellite, or antenna TV. I use a ROKU to stream from the Internet. I have 18 channels, which is enough. There is a lot of redundancy out there with public domain material.
Neflix: Lillehammer S2 - Very amusing American Horror Story S4 - Fully depraved & demented Hell On Wheels S4 - Charismatic tale, be it fictional. Blue Bloods S4 - Cop story bubblegum for the brain Amazon: Downton Abbey S6 - Historical Brit Drama period piece Misc: NCIS S14, Fargo S3, Better Call Saul S3, Braquo S3, PBS American Experience, misc Anime series. Nature and science programming of all kinds. |

I actually don't follow anything anymore. Which is kinda sad.
I guess I'll catch up on Modern Family at the end of the season, but following each week, no. I watched Gotham to see if it could be a show to follow for its 4th season, but it quickly went so bad that I didn't even finished season 3. Right now I watch old tv shows that I like. |

Just zipped through the first 3 eps of "Me, Myself, and I". Decent premise and well acted. Most of the comedy hits the mark.
Tells the story of a guy's life at age 14, 40, and 65. Mostly dealing with the moments of his life that made the most impact. Also watching "The Good Place" with Kristin Bell and Ted Danson. |
