I don't want Steiner going anywhere near the WWE right in the middle of the PG Era. On a legends contract, he wouldn't be able to do his legendary rants, and I doubt they have a place for a guy like him on the roster. And I can't see him doing commentary either-- it would be hilarious if they set him loose, but I can't see him smiling and promoting Tout. In TNA, though, he never struck me as a washed-up veteran and even on the roster over there he could outperform the younger guys. This is the company he's most suited for.
As for Miz on commentary, I just never liked it. Not sure if it was this week or last week, but it was amazing seeing him go from a heel to a faceless promoter within a few minutes. I just don't have a lot of respect for commentators in WWE's product. You have Michael Cole who always supports the heels with no reason whatsoever, and then you have Lawler who supports the faces for no reason whatsoever. It just seems so low to me, and pushing them into the ring every now and then just supports that opinion. I miss the glory days when commentators just did what they do best and call the matches instead of picking sides. Both Lawler and Cole are great at that when they can focus on it. Hell, even Vince was good at it back in the day. |

Zack Ryder is the chosen loser as he win the pre show battle royal. He will be easy pickings for Antonio Cesaro. Ready for John Cena to win the WWE title once again. JBL in to do commentary with Cole. Nice. The fatal fourway was good. JBL is suddenly Miz number one fan, and then is reminded that he didn't like him back in the day. Funny. Miz retains the intercontinental title. who attacked Kaitlyn? I guess it was Eve. Does this mean no diva match? excellent. The moment I've been waiting for. Time for team friendship to kick Truth and Kofi ass. Crowd is going nuts for Bryan. Kane and Bryan are pushing each other. They hug it out and they are back. Fuck the boom drop. Yes, yes, yes. Team Friendship are new wwe tag team champions after Bryan throws kane on top of kofi. Crowd goes wild. Post match I am the champions was a bit much. Every title must be defended. yay. Eve will get the title shot against Layla. Aksana looking hot as fuck. Come on Antonio. |

Cena will win tonight UNLESS Paul Heyman/Brock show up and help Punk beat Cena to set up a Cena/HHH vs. Punk/Lesner survivor series.

Still US champ. Antonio Cesaro. Dual chant going here. Let's go Randy. Let's go Ziggler. I'm with Randy. Orton wins super rko. New divas champion . Eve Torres. Booker has concluded his investigation. The brogue kick is reinstated. Just as I expected. Anther thing I expected, Sheamus would win with the brogue kick. That should be the end of Sheamus vs ADR, but then you never know. Cena sporting the pink wristbands, hat, and t shirt. WWE are supporting cancer. Cena has kicked out of 2 GTS. How is Punk going to finish off Cena? Heyman hasn't got involved yet. Rock bottom kick out as well. hahaha. Punk Has now kicked out of 2 AA's. This is awesome chant, and it is. New WWE champion . John Cena!!!!!! oh wait, ref takes the title from Cena. still WWE champion CM punk. Both Punk and Cena shoulders were on the mat. A draw. Bullshit Punk standing tall at the end of the pay per view after he attacks Cena from behind. Punk is still the man. 301 days and counting. |

the old German suplex with both shoulders down routine. Guess it is the way to go. Don't want Cena to lose at home and can't have Punk losing either because he is going to face Rock. I've seen worse lame endings so I'm not bothered.

This was a good show with a very good main event. Easily better than Summerslam. |

Antonio Cesaro w/Aksana vs Zack Ryder: I'm glad that Antonio Cesaro retained.
Layla vs Eve (sub for Kaitlyn): I was hoping that Layla would be booked to look more dominant. They hardly booked her to do anything. I'm thinking that Eve will be revealed as Kaitlyn's attacker just like Tonya Harding was revealed as the mastermind behind the attack on Nancy Kerrigan. Daniel Bryan and Kane vs Kofi Kingston and Da Troof: I'm glad to see Daniel Bryan holding a championship again as well as Kane. The Miz vs Sin Cara vs Cody Rhodes vs Rey Mysterio: Enjoyed this match. Glad that Miz retained. Randy Orton vs Dolph Ziggler: Was really hoping that Ziggler would win given Orton taking time off to film a movie. Sheamus vs Alberto Del Rio: Didn't care. CM Punk vs John Cena: I'm happy that Punk left as Champion. |

This is the first PPV I have watched live (via stream of course but who cares here in Bulgaria about copyrights and costs), and I must say I was a bit impressed ....Punk retaining was something I missed though, since I was a bit infuriated. It was overall a good show, decent performances, decent girl - Aksana, and decent results.
A tad predictable at times though. Hopefully Cena vs Punk gets settled once and for all at Hell in a Cell. Too bad they dont build current cells like they used to. |
