Help with actress, actor or movie ID pre July 1995 only

I've been searching for quite some time for a couple of movies I watched way back in the early 90's but couldn't find anything, so this is my last hope to find them. In those days it didn't matter much to me what the name of the movie was nor who played in it (getting hold on something to watch was ok) so I don't have much information, only details of some of the scenes:
- first one is about a girl (very young blonde with huge tits) who goes to visit her sister (brown haired) and her husband. In one of the scenes the husband goes off to work while the blonde in sitting outside with a bikini not much more than a few strings. During the whole film she tries to seduce him (even at his office). The other sister seems to be not much into sex but during the film she changes. I remember a scene where she visits a house in construction and the workers look up her skirt when she climbs a ladder etc etc
- The other one is about a guy who is visiting his friend in one of the scenes. He sleeps over and during the night he wakes up to have a drink downstairs. He sees his friend who got out of his bedroom because he couldn't sleep and goes downstairs to do some work. The friend jumps into the bed and takes the wife from behind.
Not much to go with but...maybe a bell rings for one of you guys.

I don't know the name of the movie.
But I'll put another pics from in the next days.
In that scene (from the pics were taken) the blonde is seen (like a voyeur) that de other girl (and another one) are fucking a young man.

I had a go at trying to find any clips that matched with that performer and the SS but nothing seemed to match. This seems to be a difficult one to identify as the clip itself is only short but if you need a better look it is available @ Xham* just search the clip name as outside links arent allowed.

I am pretty sure the first movie is Fantasy Nights with Victoria Paris.

I just think you remember the girls wrong, both sisters are blond the visiting played by Samantha Strong and the wife by Victoria Paris, who dreams about sex but cannot make love to her husband.
