In my mind, the worst female performer is one defined by their performance, not something as subjective as their appearance. A performer who is heavily tattooed, or has massive fake tits or whatever else, yet is passionate in their scenes and puts effort into them should be respected I think, even if you aren't attracted to them. One who is as boring as a brick wall and puts absolutely no effort into their scenes, and displays no legitimate love for her work is the kind that I'd say are "bad" performers.
