Signs of getting older?!?!? lol
I don't workout as much as I used to. I used to do 6 days in a row after work and one day off, obviously. lol One body part per day and weekends, I go to the gym to do cardio. Now it's every other day, still one body part per day and weekends are still cardio.
Plus, the thinning of the hair on the back of my head reminds me of my age. lol
Sucks, but keep pushing forward.

Signs of old age.... BPH (benign prostate hyperplasia) takes over your life. I went to my urologist this last week for a series of tests. Every opening on me got a catheter shoved in. Multiple times. Not fun at all. She pulled out the catheters like she was starting a chain saw.

I still do, most times I don't even get a manicure unless I know I have something special coming up.

Actually working on computer hardware is tough on the hands and dirty work even when scheduled maintenance is always performed.

Not being able to get out of bed after you played a concert the day before and you forgot to take your meds the night before
