Starky had his moment and while it was firey I suppose there is no story attached so I didn't let myself get caught up in it. Looks like he's left unless it's a swerve and MJF didn't actually hit him (even though he didn't anyway lol) Yea... bit of a stretch, no pun intended.

Tag title match was pretty decent. I think the right team won. Freakin' ROH show. I have more enthusiasm for the NXT show which I never ever watch just to see what this new match thing looks like. FTR and Briscos should be good and that's about it. I'm over Jericho and whatever crap he's gonna do. Guy is having a mid-life crisis and thinks anything he touches turns to gold. That golden period is over. Ocho is lame and so is ROH. Only thing good about them is their commentary team, which arguably is the best probably from lack of exposure, and the Briscos.

According to Brian Last, on a recent Jim Cornette podcast, ratings for TftT are shitting the bed, so I wouldn't expect a second season.

The two of them didn't say why ratings are so low, but IMO, as I stated before, the vast majority of the content has been mentioned before, especially those who listen to Corny's podcasts. That means the marks aren't watching because they've heard it before (and pretty much clocked the program after the first episode or two), and the newbies are looking for a more comprehensive program... not a few road stories, but the dirt.

Personally, I kind of got into it (aside from some of the roundtable choices), but I was expecting a deeper dive.

Just my two cents.

That last tails show was the one where I'd heard the most stories already especially the ones JR told.

It's all about those new morsels and revelations, talking heads crapping on this and that, and negative/horror stories which DSOTR creates, even though it's no doubt got a fair amount of bs in them too. Negative and horror content sells big time for some reason, stuff like that on youtube is an example. Old timers lying through their teeth, exaggerations and heard it before apparently doesn't sell. I do wonder if they put Cornette on every show if it'd be better as he does claim to have a decently large podcast audience. A show worse than DSOTR won't make it as even though they are different they took elements from that. Dwayne's other show about himself is shit canning it too albeit they set it up to fail in that time slot. Perhaps he should just stick to movies. Perhaps Gewirtz can go back to WWE and try to make some half decent content for the mid carders.

In addition to the stories they told, the Freebirds were also notorious for whizzing on people. That's supposedly one reason they lasted a very brief time in JCP in 1984.

Although they showed clips of it, I had been led to believe by a friend they were actually going to discuss that episode of TV when Murdoch turned heel and gave Ted the brainbuster and then he had to wrestle Flair all bloodied up.

Vince doc apparently uses a bunch of DSOTR recycled footage and is probably way too long. Of course they use the footage of when he was doing that frisky Vince on TV which already cheapens it further.

Anybody suffer through it? Is it worth it or is it been there, heard that, these wrestling fan goofs will watch any wrestling shit content? I've had enough of old footage, talking heads not saying anything interesting, wherz da monay paweez, cheap edited tripe. Vince did some naughty stuff, no one will know the true extent. Also pretty sure Vince paid some guys off to ddos the vicetv servers lol. That's more interesting story to unravel. The mystery of why their servers are down after this doc goes live. Remember those rankings? Eh, that was Cody's idea anyway... Starks is probably gonna get lost in the mix along with Hobbs. Why'd we hate each other again? Taggie team reunion bruh?

I'm over the Punk thing finally. He's gone, we'll know when someone gets paid and stoned enough. Unfortunately not over the commentary. Low volume is the only way to go as I'm sick of the hard sell on tickets every couple of mins when everybody is getting squeezed for essentials and Tony telling me how great everything is. They should be fucking happy people are still watching but we're being taken for granted. When Taz has default become the good part, you know it's dire.

I would put over the Jericho match but the fans weren't behind the jobber. He was used for their own personal chanting entertainment as they get themselves over and try to make us all smirk with amusement watching it. I think it worked out.

I was disappointed the fans were cheering on the Young Bucks. I was never impressed by them tbo. I wish they would work in the feud with Punk. Maybe have him turn up at their next trios match with Pac, Penta, and Fenix and cost them the match, then have that go into a feud with Omega.

Jericho can take credit for Andretti but he just took the idea from the past like Khan does all the time and it won't even work anyway if the guy is boring as fuck. He wasn't even that impressive in ring. I honestly believe Jericho gave him a platform because he has Action in his name which I think Jericho once had considered using for part of his name. Jack Action he was going to call himself before I think Lance told him how shitty that is. This was probably his way of appreciating somebody putting Action in their name. It was the first thing I thought of at the time once I heard his name and as the match progressed I felt Jericho was most likely going to lose. I've figured he's looking to get away for his music bullshit.
