I thought I saw him take a swipe at his forehead as he was thrown into the cage wall for the last time. It happened fast and I can't be 100% sure. But, it seemed odd at the time and then he was bleeding shortly thereafter. I wouldn't be surprised if he did blade. However, I'd be fine accepting that the last hit on the cage did it. It doesn't really matter much to me either way.

The fans that want to see blood got what they wanted. And, it wasn't like he started bleeding out of nowhere like some of the old, bloody matches. At least he had bounced off the cage right before the blood was first seen. Then Lawler was going to town with that protruding knuckle punch he does right after it started bleeding to help explain it and get the blood flowing/smeared around.

If there is reasonable doubt then he is sweet. Are they going to have technicians looking frame by frame and shit? I doubt it. I hope Punk gets tested after all these divas he is banging ( JOKE)

I read SaintsDecay post and I agree. you know, it really is the same thing week after week. Same matches, same results. Like why is Miz losing to Cena? are they not trying to push Miz again? I don't get it. I'm sounding surprised and I really shouldn't be because I think I'm a know it all seen it all fan from the late 80's, and there are people here that have been watching even longer.

The problem is they have no depth (not for a 3 hour RAW and Smackdown as well) and don't elevate any credible main eventers on the horizon. WWE wants to make the massive profits and gets the ratings but they don't want to have enough guys on the roster. RAW gives us 1 tag team a week (maybe 2 if its a gimmick match), 1 Diva match, and a few other matches around guys we have seen wrestle each other a million times. Add to that skits and lots of recaps and you get our weekly RAW is Recaps show. The product is just stale.

I agree, WWE needs to take away the microphones and let these guys wrestle. Like I jokingly said, is Springer the biggest stock-holder?
Either a talk show or a soap opera because of all the long, stupid storylines that have no point.
How many times is Brock going to quit, then return? Is he related to Brett Favre?
Get wrestling teams instead of made-up teams like:
Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd. Get Slater back with Gabriel.
I get tired of watching WWE, so that is why I am lucky to have several opportunities to watch the shows. If Not, we always get the "run-down" report. The world of business seems to pay people to do crappy jobs.

F4Wonline.com is reporting WWE Champion CM Punk reportedly cut himself to draw blood during his match on Raw with Jerry Lawler.

This is known as a blade job in wrestling which WWE has outlawed. As of now, no backstage fallout or punishment has took place between management and CM Punk. This would mean either CM Punk has gotten to a status where he's able to get away with making a decision like this if he feels its best for the match or he convinced management that the blood was from a legitimate cut.

What I noticed is that there has been more midcard feuds since the move to 3 hours. SummerSlam felt like the most complete show they did from top to bottom, in a long time. That being said, the midcard/upper midcard feuds that are underway: Bryan/Kane, Sandow/Clay, Sin Cara/Rhodes, Cesaro/Santino, Ziggler/Randall maybe. Most of those don't involve a title. Also, until their ratings actually go to crap regularly, which hasn't happened (maybe Monday Night Football will have something to say about that), they'll continue with the 3 hours. As far as talent being elevated, only so much can be elevated. If looking at right now, there's Ziggler, Barrett when he returns, Cesaro potentially, Sandow possibly.

On Kidd and Gabriel, they are primarily tag team wrestlers throughout their WWE careers. Kidd had Hart Dynasty with DH Smith, and Gabriel had Heath Slater. They weren't established as singles wrestlers, unlike Truth and Kingston. In fact, Kidd and Gabriel never held any singles gold and the only titles they have in their resume is tag team related. Essentially put the best of two tag teams together. I don't see a problem with that.

Bret Hart bladed and at the time, it would lead to a fine. Hart bladed to make he and Piper's Wrestlemania 8 match better (it worked), and he did it discreetly, saying it was hardway. Flair did it later in his match with Savage, and the camera caught it. Flair got fined. Punk must've been inspired by that.

Flair was probably drunk during his match with Savage and got caught. Trying the same thing twice in one show = stupid ( I'm not talking about a hip toss and a hip toss, something illegal), further proof that Bret was always better than Flair. Flair is just one thing I never got. Theme music = amazing, but the actual wrestler I never liked. guess I came along too late.

I know you are not paid. I guess I should have put that sentence in its own paragraph. I was just stating that since I have to watch 3 hours of wrestling on 3 separate days that I can always count on your notes in case I missed some parts. I do not always catch the whole hour parts, so I read your notes to catch up on things. I catch the first hour on Mon, then listen to the rest, I catch the 2nd hour on Wed, then on Sat, I catch the parts I missed on 2 separate airings. I still miss parts, so your notes fill in the blanks. When I know how it will end, I miss some matches.
I was also stating the bad writers because you can pretty much guess how a match will end. I think you could write better stuff because you are a dedicated free writer.
If I did that, it would take a long time before it was posted.

Has Sandow even lost yet? I know he got squashed by DX, but I don't remember him losing in a regular match. If not, I wonder if they're going to end his streak or put him over dirty in a non-title match.
