Seems hard to wrap one's head around.

That seems more than just rough living, that suggests a ludicrous amount of drug use.

OTOH, I have seen very young starlets look very rough in under a couple of years in the industry so I guess it depends on how much drugs you do in a short amount of time.

Yes, that is definitely Lauryl, unfortunately.

People's looks can drastically change over the years. Decades in Lauryl's case. She's much older now, put on weight and looks very likely she's not a stranger to booze and/or certain substances.

Another frighting example was Frankie Leigh. A cute Jewish gal that started in porn about a year before Lauryl. She had a bad drinking problem and was homeless for an extended period of time. She was almost totally unrecognizable and died of health problems due to her alcoholism. The Rialto Report did a story on her.

Brooke West might be the most frighting of all though. I won't post hers since it isn't a mugshot, so thus off topic for this thread. But you can find it via google. She looked 20 years older than she was actually was and extremely rough. Had been on the streets for over a decade with a major drug habit before being found dead in a vacant warehouse of an overdose.
