Just simply stops playing at the 03:18 mark and washes out. The audio stream continues but the video is frozen. Before downloading a fresh copy, is anyone else experiencing a similar issue?

I use VLC for playback and have the HEVC codec installed.
Win 10 Pro-64-bit
32Gb RAM

This is the only clip am having problems with.
