I think the scene was originally supposed to be part of a story that was never made/finished. If you go to the Sarah Young/Sean Michaels wedding scene on The Young One, Part 4, when they leave the reception they are talking in the back of the limo. Unfortunately I don’t have an English language version of this scene, so I don’t know what they are saying, but as the scene crossfades to the four-man gangbang I think Sarah is telling Sean about one of her sexual encounters – when the gangbang finishes the scene crossfades back to Sarah and Sean.



Only the beginning and end of the four-man gangbang is included in this clip.
