They can, but what you are describing is workplace discrimination. If mainstream porn (ie scenes that generate taxed income) is just like any other job, then by definition, it's workplace discrimination. You don't get to say "Hey, I don't want to serve in a unit with a black platoon sergeant" and then contnue your service in the same unit or another unit right? You'll get your ass booted out and that's that. A black dick is just like any other dick, but "somehow" the standards of conduct just flies out the window. That does not apply to the entertainment sector. People can be legally excluded for inherent attributes and it not be legal discrimination. Hooters can bypass hiring heifers, Black people can legally be excluded from a movie role for a white supremacist and no one can be "forced" by law to sit on a dick they don't want to sit on. This issue has zero complexity to it.

But going with your point here for the sake of the conversation, I have never seen either a Dogfart or BOB scene that featured a black chick. Perhaps some exist, though I wouldn't know because I've certainly never seen nor heard of it.

Words are used to express reality, not create it. Even if Dogfart and the like state "We fuck Black Girls" they certainly haven't produced scenes with them like they have with white and non-black women.
