I'm glad the funky pigeon is getting beat now. I was so sick of the same shit he has been doing for what seemed like 3 years. John Cenawalker I liked his promo about star wars . |

Looks like Sid's leg healed up well. That was one of the worst things I ever saw in a wrestling ring.

CM Punk vs Daniel Bryan at MITB for the WWE Title. So right now we have a 4 man MITB with former WWE champs. Jericho, Show, Kane and Cena. Interesting. Ziggler vs Sheamus vs ADR this Friday . I'm guessing ADR gets the win and gets a title shot at MITB leaving Ziggler to compete in the other MITB. Could be wrong. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Quote:

^Yes Kenny whatever his name is brought that up. So outdated, and he's essentially doing what Michael Tarver and Chavo Guerrero did in the past. Bury John Cena. Consider also that he's "speaking the truth" years after, so the timing is strange, and I just don't give a crap what he says. He might as well work in a fast food joint. If anyone has beef with Orton's suspension it's CM Punk. Not totally because of his straight edge nature, but he's on top, doesn't get into trouble with drugs or backstage havoc. So he sees a guy who's on top in Randall, screws up...again, yeah he might have problems with Orton. Plus I don't think Punk and Randall were ever friends to begin with, and it's not based on their feud, I'm just taking a guess.
Thoughts on RAW 1.) AJ opened up the show in a backstage segment, talking to Kane, Bryan, and Punk...right? She wants to get wild? She doesn't think what Punk thinks that...wait what? Turns out she was talking to a mirror. That's a unique opening for RAW. 2.) With Johnny Ace not in charge, Vickie has no competition as the biggest heat grabber. Yes! Why boo a 3 way Elimination Match? GAH! Cole saying "#" 4 times, so damn annoying. No need to type a hashtag for me, I like AJ Bryan. YES YES YES! Daniel Bryan won the 3 way elimination match! I seriously rose out of my seat for that. AJ's interference was stronger in this rematch. As for the rematch's quality? Exciting opener, it's rare that RAW gets a strong match opening show. Like NWO there was a kickfest by the indy schmucks on Kane, they changed up the Doomsday Device from NWO, this time Kane doing the clothesline, only to miss with Bryan's victory roll. CM Punk and Bryan did a double suplex on Kane, Punk's suicide dive to both Kane and Bryan. A lot of good spots. Bryan pinned CM Punk, it just got better and better. 3.) Whoa whoa whoa. Contract on a pole match between Del Rio and Ziggler? Russo? World title match for SD? Ricardo got flowers for Vickie, but Dolph through the vase containing the flowers, against the wall. Hey now. 4.) Big Show slipped on setting up for the Vader splash, but he laughed it off a bit. Show and Clay had a nice little match. They made it that Clay's knee costed him the match. The knee worked on by Otunga previously, then by Big Show here. Brodus got an angle to him now, and he got a good response in his comeback. Spread this out for a feud, Clay could get a huge win on Big Show that would mean more than all those squashes he got. 5.) They did a video on Cena's 300th wish. Well that's more historic than whatever Cena has to say later. It was nice. RAW 1000: Bob Barker on RAW? Come on, it should've been just Jericho confronting him. During the commercial break, wham, Big Show knocked out Clay. Yeah, these guys should feud. Then they recapped the 24 hour period of the HHH/Lesnar thing. Lesnar coming back next week, that should be cool. 6.) AJ talking to Kane. Kane's not boyfriend material, no relationship capable. Yes he's a monster, he has a mask, I know that. He finds AJ mentally unstable? That was a bit of a laugh, and then AJ's selling of being dumped was weird. So that's it? Kane's done just like that? 7.) Can you believe Cole said that Santino hadn't defended the US title since April 16th! That's fucking 2 months, isn't there a 30 day rule? I was actually thinking, and hoping Swagger would win the US title. They noted Swagger being in a slump. Yeah, so what's the payoff? Ehh, Swagger did a nice job, Santino did a good DDT counter, but whatever. 8.) Ryder and Cena shared a moment with Ryder throwing a People Power shirt in the trash. Hey that could've gone to a needing individual. Good thing this "historic announcement" from Cena didn't close to the show. Rotten episode of Star Wars? Uhhh, Phantom Menace? I love Star Wars, and I didn't find any of it. Alex Riley is R2D2, Santino is C3PO? It wasn't funny, but the Yoda McMahon thing was nice. THANKFULLY Chris Jericho interfered! He told Cena to do his announcement and to shut the hell up and leave. Yeah man! Historic announcement? Cena in the MITB match. Easy to predict, but they are saying the contract? Did Cena really say "fudgin?" Jericho invented the MITB, that's true. Jericho entered himself, touted him competing in the most ladder matches in company history, I think he's right. Vickie interrupted and said there will be 2 MITB matches, with the WWE Championship one having only former WWE champions: Cena, Kane, Jericho, and Big Show? Cena vs. Jericho later? Sweet. Sigh though, this was longer than I thought, but it was understandable. Jericho, seeing him back and talk was the best of course. 9.) Slater came out, said he's one of the top superstars on RAW. HAHA! He rules the world? Oh....Sycho Sid. He didn't no show, I'm surprised. He did the powerbomb well, he didn't look bad, and Slater sold well for him. A chant for him and a good reaction. Not as good as Vader, but nice. 10.) Social media celebrity ambassador? Charlie Sheen?! Oh goodness, he's going to be on RAW 1000? I don't feel excited for that, but let's see what happens. 11.) A heel vs. heel match, on paper, but Ziggler got the positive response of the two. Sheamus actually saved the extremely silly contract on a pole match. Ziggler and Del Rio had a pretty good match, with a hard Samoan Drop from the middle rope by Del Rio, but goodness. Isn't it grab the contract and win? What up with the stupid tug of war, hot potato thing? Sheamus announced a 3 way for SD, and he was pretty happy on that. That's interesting. 12.) Wait a damn minute?! CM Punk and Daniel Bryan in a rematch at MITB? I am surprised, and excited. Punk got interrupted by AJ, who's in a robe, Divas Summertime Battle Royal. So Kane basically dumped AJ, which means she will just stick to Punk and Bryan? Ok. With this though, that means Cena will win the MITB, cash it in fairly and they get their rematch at SummerSlam, as I think that's reported plans for SummerSlam. Ugh, I'd rather have it be for someone to get a push out of it, how the MITB was designed to be. 13.) Vickie interrupted, announce Vickie Power, and she had a robe, Big Dick Johnson music, and she exposed her cougar one piece bathin suit. There was some guys doing a "Yes." I'm willing to join them! It was a through-the-rope stip, so Divas were eliminated like flies. In just a minute or two, it was AJ, Layla, and Vickie. AJ eliminated the divas champion, scruffled with Vickie, and eliminated her. Dedicated win to CM Punk but she...did a "Yes!" 14.) Cena and Jericho had their match, it was decent, but then Big Show out and leg dropped Cena while he was in the Walls of Jericho. Jericho bailed, don't blame him, and Show basically owned Cena. That's fine. Back to the WWE title MITB thing. Will it just be 4 men? That's small, the original MITB had 6, more often they had 8. Cena's winning, and I feel they are spinning it where Cena will ONCE AGAIN be at a disadvantage, the match will likely close the show, not a world championship...AGAIN! Yeah, never been in a MITB match, the other 3 men have, Kane's actually won one. I'm very negative on this, because it completely contradicts the original goal of the MITB. What it did was created new and/or fresh world champions. New: Edge, Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, Miz. Fresh: Kane. It also almost guaranteed a push, as Edge, Punk and Miz could attest to that. Edge stepped closer to the main event in 2006, Punk took over SD in the Summer of 2009, Miz got a 5 month long WWE title reign, with a well done push behind it in 2010-2011. Cena winning contradicts all that, but here's the positive. Given that MITB means that nobody has failed to cash it in, Cena can be the exception of the rule if he cashes it fairly on CM Punk. So, to make this ultimately a good thing, if Cena wins, he HAS to fucking lose against CM Punk, and cleanly, PLEASE. Do all that, perfectly, I'm fine. As for Punk and Bryan. Bryan wins, he's fucking jobbing to Cena, if Cena gets the briefcase. Hell freezes over if Bryan beats Cena at SummerSlam, cleanly. They could make Bryan win dirty, but that will just delay the inevitable, give Cena a hometown win at Night of Champions, blah blah blah. So taking all that in consideration, I really hope Punk wins at MITB. Jericho's not winning, Kane's not winning, Show wins, that's fine actually, but yeah, no guy getting a push from this MITB. Got to stay tuned for SD then. |

Couldn't agree more about Kenny Whatever. Funny all these guys making statements to try and keep their name out there.

I'm thinking Lesnar rejects the challenge next week. Obviously the match is happening, but he will keep us waiting. Cena and money in the bank, I think he will win as well. The prediction contest. I have been wrong 4 times in a row now with Cena. Lesnar lost, Johnny Ace won, The Rock won and Big show lost. Time to end my losing streak. This is what I read about Charlie Sheen . He will be tweeting during the show, but wont be there in person . Quote:

Oh good, I thought he was going to appear on the show. Well that should gain a lot of exposure for RAW 1000, as they seem to want to pull out all the stops for that show. About Show and the ladder, that just makes it safer for Cena and Kane to climb the ladder. Since Cena is the face of the company, and these matches are dangerous, that ladder lessens the risk of Cena getting hurt. It will be the ladder to victory, so to speak.
I wonder if Rey Mysterio will get in. He's a former WWE champion (for less than 2 hours). His suspension is actually over, so it's now a matter of how they will bring him back. |

I was a huge mark for both Sid & Vader back in the day (I remember when Sid was Lord Humongous, feuding in a goalie mask against Jake Roberts) but compared to seeing how good Vader looked, Sid looked like hell. And I have to wonder if Sid & Arn crossed paths back-stage - I don't know if they've ever gotten over the scissorsfight that they had.
Still, though, glad to see Heath Slater continue his 'get pummeled by legends' gimmick. Quote:
I think they let her go when her boyfriend Jesse Neal tweeted about being on food-stamps because TNA was paying them so little. She still works for SHIMMER and ACW, though, so she's still out there ... just not on regular TV for us to enjoy. |

Random upload today is one of the most famous Raw segments of all time. I doubt anybody on the roster is going to put this as their favourite Raw moment (prudes )

^I don't remember seeing that live, and I watched it on WWE's RAW 15th Anniversary DVD. I saw a picture of Lita's nipple slip, but never on video, obviously WWE's DVD version didn't show it, and I doubt USA Network would've let that slide. So I see that video in the original airing. I think that's still the highest rated segment on RAW since "This Is Your Life." That was revisited last night by Foley. Flair was hilarious, speaking of Flair...
