This sucks because I upload everything to Fichier so there are 1000s of posts in the vintage section by me with Fichier links.

First time using Fichier since their 'changes' on December 7th.
I just downloaded 5 files hosted on Fichier, 4 of them 902 MB and 1 of them 735 MB. Got one after another with no waiting time in between each download and also it gave me top speed of almost 2 MB down so each one only took about 23 min. |

Probably realised they'll run off all their current business providing a measly 50kb/s or maybe they felt festive on that day.

1fichier Issues
I haven't noticed any change in the download speeds; I can still max out my connection. Hopefully that will continue to be the case.

As of this morning, it's not allowing ANY non-free downloads, at least for me here in the USA.

I think their new system logs the IP and allows it "3 unlimited downloads / week and <= 50KB/s" which I take as three full speed per IP then 50kb/s from there until the new week.
