The first time I saw that I didn't understand it either. Personally I could've cared less if it was from an actual signature or Brianna did that needle work herself. I wouldn't have exactly made that choice either- not just for location but subject matter wise too. Porn stars' fame is barely beyond five to ten years at best; years down the road, how many people are going to even remember Brianna Banks? Whoops- not unless you have it tattooed on your belly.

I can see an investment in laser tattoo removal sometime in her future already.

I'll agree to that.

My thought is what's she going to think of that tattoo a few more years down the line? And also the location of the tattoo concerns me too. She might have a tight set of abs now, but birth one kid or just let age & gravity take hold and that tattoo is going to look like someone dibbled ink on her gut.

I also think that not only do people have to really think through what they want inked but where as well. Tattoos are meant to be permanent and not some whimsy; make it meaningful and have it last. If not it just shows off some brash immaturity and bad taste.

Here is the thing. When you google the four letter tattoo on her spine "生 笑う 愛"
you can see how many of us laugh at her (tattoo) for its absurdness.
That is because it does not make any sense!
The best understanding of the word is, like above pic, it may come from "Live, Laugh, Love"
Then she or the tattoo artist should have make it as "命 笑 愛" or at least "生 笑 愛"
Or if they insist on using "笑う" then it should be "生きる 笑う 愛す"
The point is, you cannot just mix Japanese with Chinese.
When written without Hirakana ("う" for instance), it can be either Chinese or Japanese. But when used with Hirakana (or Katakana), it must be Japanese.

I've seen so many weird, non-sense tattoos using Chinese/Japanese characters, but this one must be the winner!
