That means if an uploader wants to post a scene on the various money making file hosts, they have to include one of those. kyigorra is usually later to post than the other prolific posters, so frequently 3 of those are taken which means he has to include a 1fichier link.

This is also part of why you need to search the entire forum before making a request, even if the scene was just released that day.
