In my opinion, the problems begins with the radical division between professionals and amateurs, based on the idea that professionals have more self-confidence, and, so, are more exposed to commit errors, while amateurs are more careful about what they're doing. This idea isn't right for all cases, of course, but applies in a lot of ones.

Anyway, I think that hold good the aphorism that says that, for all complex questions, there are always a simple solution: the wrong one.
