It may be a "fact" but the lack of delay and high d/l speed is not unique to FJ. In fact it is universal to ALL premium file host accounts. That's like trying to convince me to buy your brand of water because it's wet!

What is unique to FJ is that you get so little traffic for the price. Jeez, most free file hosts allow you to d/l 10 GB per day, and all the premium accounts I am familiar with (DF, FB, K2S, RG & Tez) allow at least 20 GB per day.

Another downside I've noticed is that I can't d/l files from other file hosts while using FJ premium because it sucks up so much bandwidth that other downloads fail about half the time. I've even had other FJ premium downloads fail when I try to open a 3rd FJ premium d/l. The double-whammy is that my traffic allowance is charged for downloading the complete file even if I only managed to get a few kilobytes.

Are there any options available to buy a premium account via paysafecard, sms or anything similar? Without credit card, bitcoin, PayPal and so on. I can't find any decent resellers.

@az15, we have a lot of resellers and some of them have Paysafecard and SMS. You can open resellers page and find available payment methods.

I tried it, but for Paysafecard or SMS it names only 2 sites. OneClickReseller apparently doesn't have the Paysafecard or SMS options anymore and the other one is a weird Chinese website.

That's why I'm asking. I remember that I used paysafecard for a few months of Filejoker Premium in the past, but I can't find a working option for that anymore.

Once again you have completly missed the point. If you want people to pay good money for your product you need to listen to them when they point out how FileJoker doesn't measure up to other commonly used file hosts (free or premium).

Throughout this thread many PlanetSuzy members (myself included) have mentioned issues that you have never directly addressed or responded to. Ignoring these issues won't make them go away, but it is likely to cause potential premium clients to go to your competition. Is that what you want?

Have not been able to download from FJ going on about a week or so. I go through the whole process for a free-loader like myself, clicks, waits, captcha, blah, blah... Then when I click on what used to initiate the download I just get an error message regarding traffic issues.
I have tried at least a dozen different files over that time with the same result. I found the same files elsewhere, so it isn't too much of an issue.

I appreciate the "free" aspect of anything, but recent history is showing I get what I pay for with FJ.

Whenever I use Filejoker, then go browsing while it downloads, I get the "Failed" notice. Unlike other file hosts which allow restarts on fails, File Joker does not. When I try to download overnight with Joker, and dont touch the computer at all, I wake up to "failed" notices quite often. This happens even though I use the StayAwake program to keep the PC from shutting down overnight.

I try to avoid Filejoker, but often must use if K2S is currently being used for another file. Seems that Filejoker connections are very tenuous and break off too often. Can this problem be fixed on their end?
