I may be wrong, but I think the fad of women having unreal, basketball sized tits has slowed down in the last decade: most of the "heavyweights" belong to a previous era.

Implants are still very common, but tits bigger than heads have fallen out of favour and huge naturals seem to have increased in popularity.

I agree that the gallon sized implants are not as common as in the 90s when it seemed that one model after another was sporting them week after week.

However, I don't agree with the reason as to why.

It appears it's not as much about falling out of favor as much as there are limits to implant size ever since the lawsuits and problems with silicone gels and other factors. Implants are generally now limited to 1000cc. So women looking to go larger have a very difficult and extremely expensive road ahead of them if they want to go super-sized.

The one option that many women can now do is over fill saline implants beyond the 1000cc volume they were designed for. Some doctors will do this to 3000cc - which is the size of Wendy Whoppers (but not the method Wendy used). I know of a few doctors that will do this and costs can be pretty reasonable.

1000cc implants supposedly can handle 3000cc or maybe a bit more before they could be at unsafe limits.

Women like Penelope Black Diamond, Beshine, Sabrina Sabrok are likely finding customs to go beyond the 3000cc limit of overfilling a 1000cc saline implant.

So, if manufacturers and regulations allow for larger off the shelf implants, I think we'd see a lot more super sized women again.
