Let me say firstly, I have a good deal of respect for Stone as an iconic figure in porn. I could say the same for Ginger Lynn or Riley Reid, and if they ran for Congress I wouldn't take them seriously either.

The scene you're referring to is the one with her son, Scott Frost ( who's face bears quite a resemblance to his mother's) and Alana Evans. I don't know what year it's from, but I think she's shot scenes after that, but I can't say for sure either.

Rather than the beginnings in the business of him it seems to me more like a sort of symbolic "Oedipus complex" break. Also this is a guess of mine, but look at the scene and you'll see .

She has always seemed to me to be a survivor but I wonder what she could be doing now with her age and her career over.

I lost track but I know a few years ago she was trying to make a living selling holistic sort of products. She was really quite the entrepreneur just trying to make something of herself. I think she also was making a run at being a wellness coach.

I don't know. I see it as a positive. If we had more porn stars and sex workers in politics, it might help to be a buffer when the powers that be start talking about banning porn. And they certainly couldn't be any more idiotic than what we have now.
