I completely hear ya. It was the red hair and full lips that dragged me in with her. She also had this Fifth Element feel to her as well as looking somewhat like someone I dated in college.

Susanna Hoffs was quite the babe, and they always put her in front to showcase that. Later she and Matthew Sweet would butcher some of the Police's tunes and others. She was a hottie for sure, and I have their debut lp. I saw them ruminating in a program about groupies from the time frame where they were famous, they said they did not exploit their fans in that way. Ok, sure if you say so. And maybe they didn't. I did enjoy calling them The Bungholes just for fun. Some of SH solo work is worth hearing. Wishing on Telstar, etc.

Another pop music babe from ages ago was Sheena Easton. If memory serves me right, she was a Scottish tart that caught the eye of Prince. She was a tiny thing (maybe that's why Prince dug her) who could belt out a tune, slither around, look all sultry and be pretty unique looking with her short hair cut.

UK Singer/Musicians: Sheena Eston (How I wish she would whisper to me "For Your Eyes Only" and Debbie Harry (my Heart of Glass was shattered by her sheer beauty and that she stayed with her sickly bf!)

US Singer/Musicians: Vanity (she was in the movie "Action Jackson" as well), Kim Wilde and Pat Benetar (She needn't even "hit me with your best shot", any shot foisted hit my heart!)

Swedish Group Musician: ABBA, specifically Agnetha Fältskog

Let me take you down another long forgotten lane in nostalgia land then. Does anyone here recall Cathy Dennis? She was an absolute knockout of a short tressed redhead who had some amazing dance moves (which naturally transfers into the bedroom, right?)? She had a few bubble gum pop singles and did a few meh music videos but she was brilliant eye candy that always snagged me.
