![]() Impact Sacrifice Final Card (Sat 3/5 @ 8PM EST) on FiteTV for $10.

Impact Title: Moose (c) vs Heath Knockouts Title: Mickie James (c) vs Tasha Steelz Impact Tag Titles: The Good Brothers (c) vs Violence By Design (Eric Young & Joe Doering/Deaner) Impact Knockouts Tag Titles: The IInspiration (c) vs The Influence Champ Champ Challenge (AAA or ROH Women's Title): Deonna Purrazzo (c) vs TBA Honor No More (Matt Taven & Mike Bennett) vs Rich Swann & Willie Mack Jay White vs Alex Shelley Jonah (fka Bronson Reed) vs PCO Eddie Edwards vs Rhino Pre-Show (which can be seen on YouTube): X-Division Title: Trey Miguel (c) vs Jake Something Lady Frost vs Gisele Shaw _ _ _ Yeah, Moose vs Heath is lackluster and Mickie James vs Tasha Steelz is a rematch from Hard To Kill, but the other matches sound great. With Tony Khan buying ROH Deonna Purrazzo at Sacrifice should drop the women's title in a trashcan. There's no way Tender Tony will have Purrazzo appear on Dynamite to do the Champ Champ Challenge because he'll think it'll make Britt Baker and Jade Cargill look vastly inferior. He can't have her on Dynamite because she will expose AEW talent is beyond green in the ring outside of Serena Deeb. That's who I think will appear at Sacrifice. _ _ _ On a side note it has been just announced at Impact's Multiverse Of Matches for WrestleMania weekend: The Good Brothers vs The Briscoe Brothers Tony may have bought ROH, but he didn't sign the star talent. Impact has grabbed a good chunk of the top guys. With FTR vs Brisoes never happening there's good chances they'll sign with Impact, but knowing Tony he'll try to do some weaselly shit like he did with Jay White during that week of Dynamite to steal the hype. |

![]() Steal the hype? It's Wrestlemania weekend in the same area as Mania, anything not WWE is already trying to steal the hype/get the rub from that. And looking at the calendar it's the same night as the go-home Smackdown, which might also be the WWE HoF ceremony??
Anyways...if I recall, there's an open challenge of sorts from the Briscoes at Supercard of Honor, which could end up being the swan song for the promotion depending on how things go. Gotta be a non-zero chance FTR fills that hole, although I think it's the same night as the Impact card. Dem Boys be crazy though to try pulling off 2 big time matches the same night, even if they end up opening one and closing the other for max rest/transit time. |

![]() I can't watch a show with a guy called Something and listening to Phil or whatever he's called now call him by that name. That card does nothing for me. I gave no surrender a shot and was bored. I didn't care who won or lost. I have good matches in abundance already, I need to be invested, and I didn't feel that at all with anybody. The ring was mic'd up way too loud as well, sounded weird. I feel like MCMG are the only thing worth it on Impact, everybody else do nothing for me, either too generic or aren't interesting. Why are MCMG avoiding AEW though? It's stacked tag division and they are staying there winning belts they've won over and over, doesn't really add up.

![]() I don't know who all saw AEW Revolution yet so I won't go into spoilers. But when CM Punk came out to his old AFI music from ROH, I got chills. It brought back some great memories because ROH was so fucking good in the 2000's.

![]() Overall I'd say Revolution has a solid PPV, didn't really have many super-big moments like other AEW PPvs have had. It was more a bunch of setup moments for the big payoffs to happen later. Very solid on the wrestling side of things for me.
Obviously Regal out of nowhere was one of those big moments, probably because I don't think anyone thought it was coming. It's a bit interesting he's William, but it is the name on his PWT store, so I guess he's got the rights for it. |

![]() It was one of those not much to say shows for me. Before the spanish fly through the tables, I was thinking this doesn't look safe, and that's rare for me during a show. Sting doing the balcony dive was a wtf moment but that one was way safer looking.
Wardlow turning was a bit meh. I was hoping for something more grand than that. Page getting boos. In fairness the crowd at that point seemed like we've seen it all, we're bored, time to entertain ourselves. Idk how but feels like they failed with Page. I wasn't watching much ROH, only a few dvd viewings here and there, but I got a kick out of the entrance and attire. I think I over sold myself on the match though and it didn't feel barbaric enough to me so any more of those matches I ain't falling for. It's like HIAC, don't get your hopes up, nothing more than a hardcore match in a cell these days. Was cool to see Kingfish, brother nailed it. So apparently I have something in common with Cardgrill, noice and kinda weird. Never got into Swerve, he probably would have been better off swerving and signing with Impact. Thanks for the air time brudder. He gives me a sleazy pimp vibe. I mean they signed Lethal and he's barely on screen, what's this guy getting, cos I see him on equal level. This is getting fucking ridiculous. Sign some women, your show needs it way more. ![]() Certified HLA approved by the Bisch |

![]() I know I'm a few days late on a review, but Sacrifice was way better than the card suggests. There were a lot of title changes setting up future story lines for Rebellion PPV and the crowd was hot all night long.
The match that stole the show was Jay White vs Alex Shelley in a MOTY contender. At the end the crowd gave a standing ovation. The way it ended obviously setup a Motor City Machine Guns reunion to face Bullet Club's Jay White and Chris Bey. Another great, but crazy brutal, match was Jonah vs PCO. They went all out and it's wild that PCO is like 55 years old and doing insane bumps. The woman, who faced Deonna Purrazzo, was Chelsea Green. She got kayfabe injured during the match using her always injured wrist. You know it's work when her best friend and Knockouts Champion Mickie James comes out and before they can get Chelsea backstage, which took way too long, out comes Tasha Steelz to start the title match knowing James isn't mentally 100%. One thing Impact loves to do is blur the line with reality. They even released pix of Chelsea back in a wrist cast. This for sure is setting up Chelsea turning heel to join her husband and DMC title holder Matt Cardona. The biggest news that happened was the return of Josh Alexander, who has re-signed with a long term contract and will face Moose for the Impact title at Rebellion. It's great he's not going to be an afterthought like his former The North tag team partner Adam Page and other ex-Impact talent in AEW. When I talked about Impact blurring the line this is a great example what they did with Josh Alexander. They dropped news reports that Josh's contract ended, his Visa expired forcing him to miss dates in the US and him having to go back to working construction. They even had AEW's Dan Lambert at Hard To Kill with Brandi Rhodes bringing up AEW wanting to sign him on Dynamite. _ _ _ Another match announced for Multiverse Of Matches with be and Ultimate X Match with talent TBA. |

AEW just refuses to focus on their women, so it doesn't matter who they bring in. They aren't going to get the time. Also they aren't pushing the right women as it is. Kiera Hogan and Jamie Hayter should be a top stars. Tony made a mistake turning Leyla Hirsch heel. Why is it the only women talent AEW can get over or try to push are heels? First Britt Baker, then Jade Cargill and now Leyla. They also need to remove Kenny Omega from booking the division, so they can stop pushing joshi wrestlers. Nothing wrong with joshi, I watch Stardom, but Omega is forcing it by bringing them in over better US talent. Speaking of US talent I don't understand why Tony signed AQA when he already has Kiera Hogan (2 time Knockouts Tag Champion) on the roster doing nothing. He needs to stop signing every ex-WWE talent. I've never heard of her or even knew she was signed with the WWE. The only reason I think he signed her was to counter Big Swole's claims. If you want women just watch Impact. Tons of talent getting a lot of time. Sacrifice had 4 women's matches on the card. |

I think AEW and WWE are crap. You have one company run by Vince, who is out of touch, and other by Tony Khan, who is touched in the head. |
