I agree with Grumbler that 10 GB traffic per day is a joke for a premium account. FB and K2S offer twice that (20GB/day) for the same price.

Please consult with your customer service department. They have told me several times that they will only reset my traffic limit once. Here is a cut and paste from one of their emails (emphasis added by me):

Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting File Joker.
We have reset your account download limit so you can start downloading, but please be advised that this can only be done once.

My personal experience - 5 requests for a traffic reset since June, the 1st granted, the others rejected with the same response - says once and done is FJ's official policy.
