been ultra slow since yesterday. still downloading some from last time I was on. sometimes goes way fast but last checked at about 23 kbps O_O WTF thats nasty and many free sites are faster

i tried to download the same file about 7-8 times. it is slow, yes. but that is not the main problem.
let's say firefox indicates, that the download is finished in 3 hours. the file size is more than 300 mb. then a few minutes later firefox tells me, that the download is finished. file size is shown as its full size. but when i go to the file its just a few mb and the file does not open.
and no, that has nothing to do with my browser. i can download normally from other hosts and it always finishes. but i tried that file from k2s so many times now and always the same problem. sometimes it download only 12mb, then 150kb and once it was 300 mb (nearly finished) and then again -.-

had that issue on um ALS **** corruption on their service provider no I don't share ALS. never have never will. Just saying the above situation happened with several files in February. still not sure if they have it fixed yet. I download thru jdownloader so if this issue did come up I'd have a CRC error crop up which has happened in the past with K2S files. like the ones on Hegre...

I download 3 different files at the same time, no problems with any other service but K2S keeps cutting off after 5 to 15 minutes. I'ts been doing this all day...major pain since most new files are there, it would be nice to have at least 2 options for downloading files.

After reading your post, I installed JDownloader and the problem still occurs but at least I don't loose any of the file. Thank-you!
