I've quit, relapsed and quit again online browser gaming, online gaming and most of the mobile games I've played. If I can not only quit but delete my account on the last mobile game it'll cap an excellent year of quitting unhealthy gaming addictions for me.

To follow-up on my last post I did it; I sent in a request to have my account deleted on my last mobile game and therefore finally ending online gaming addiction after at least fifteen years.

This is just a small part of the work I've been doing in trauma therapy over the last couple of years.

I'm very fortunate that I have a mental health provider that's about routine and consistency because my next accomplishment is creating and completing one that focuses on exercise and reading.

So, I disassembled the chair to reupholster the seat only, back is still factory strong. Couldn't help but noticing, damn, I was at the top of my game when I did this last time. So the standard is set high on this one.

Determined not to need more tools than I collected for the job, I was very careful to accumulate everything I needed before starting.

And wouldn't you know, the staples and the stapler are in different tool boxes! That's going to be fixed.

Suffice to say, the chair is reupholstered with all the stringent attention to detail from the last time I fixed it.

Yeahhhhh, about that bold part, last time I didn't add padding. This time I did. So here we are 11 weeks after, and the new padding in the seat is all wonky.

I threw a 30 minute quick fix at it. If this doesn't do it, it will involve a 3/4 disassembly and some more stringent (was the word I used) attention to the additional padding.

But I got off my ass and did it today. I didn't let it drag on like everything else on the "do" list.
