Abuse is abuse, clear and simple. I don't know what her contract stated for that scene, or if they even had a contract signed. But, if she is coming out about this and taking legal action, then something obviously went too far. Sometimes injuries or the effects aren't noticeable at first but develop over time.

I'm kinda confused about the whole situation, as far as I remember the scene was supposed to be a spoof of 50 shades of grey and therefore it was supposed to be a little rough.

So I don't know what the script called for her to do in the scene and she should have had the script before hand and should have had a little idea what she was in store for her in the scene.

And then she showed up on set and it got out of hand, but she has worked for zz for around a decade and now she has a issue with them.

But abuse is not ok in any form even on a porn set if the ps is not ok with it

Something clearly went too far, I mean they fired the director so they basically admit fault now it is just about coming to a settlement.

any which way - if you sign up for something and then change your mind halfway through you're entitled to stop there. Just because you're paid to have sex on camera doesn't mean you sign away all human rights.

Tony T is literally the definition of creepy. I have had the misfortune of watching a couple of scenes ruined by this neatherdal, and it was really obvious he had serious issues with women.

No professional company would have let him anywhere near their sets, so I hope Br@zzers are forced to fork out lots of money to his victims. Maybe that will teach them (and other porn producers) to get rid of creepy/violent mopes BEFORE they rape someone.
