If I'm sharing a house with 3 others on a limited bandwidth deal then its up to US to to not go over the limit.
Removing the webcams from everyones bedrooms will bring the bandwidth under control  Everything on 1 filehost would only make closing the forum easier for the groups that are trying to kill the filehosts. |
