If you're using firefox, make sure option 1, 2 and 3 are set.
For more security, try to disable java, and activate it only when you need it, because, if what I think is happening to you, your computre's admin password is at risk.

Download Adblock Plus 2.1.2

And NoScript.
(this one is a pain in the ass since it blocks javascript everywhere and every1 is using javascript, but once you've allowed only sites you trust for javascript with NoScript, it's safer)

If someone has hacked your account, simply change the password.
