In related news I FINALLY was able to find a 7900 XTX GPU and order it and it will be here in about a week. That will allow me to process videos three times faster than using my current 5700 XT. I will also be able to experiment more with AV1 encoding. I'll let you know how that goes.

Also, here is another example of color correction from a recent post. It is an example of fixing some seriously low saturation and low contrast.

Hi, not sure if you can or not but could upscale Angela White's scene with Manuel from Angela Vol 3. It's an hour long scene & I believe her 1st vaginal cream pie. All other sites & links I've found only go up to 720x480, not the best quality. If you're needing a link in order to download the file, let me know as well. Thanks in advance.

In other news, my 7900 XTX came in and I immediately began testing encoding with it. I tested x265 and AV1 encodes and while the GPU can encode in these codecs SUPER fast, the quality and filesizes are still lacking. I refuse to spend hours and hours on a single file to bring out as much detail as possible only to encode it and lose that detail. I will be sticking with x265 CPU encodes until AMD comes out with some updates to improve encoding quality (which they are supposed to do).

Another bit of info to help illustrate how important quality, clarity, and details are for me... With x265 (CPU) an encode of 45 min file to 1080 takes roughly 25 min. An encode of the same file using the GPU takes about 2 minutes but that file will be about 10% larger and will have less detail. It's not worth the time I would save.

I will be doing some more testing with the AV1 codec and CPU encodes, though.

As far as upscaling Topaz and using the 7900 XTX, I am happy to say that I can process videos about 300% faster.

Lovely thread and work but why upscale a SD file that can be obtained in HD fairly easy anyway? HD x2 would be cool though

I always look for the best version of a file before I upscale it. For the file you linked there is a better version that has a different movie name, which is why I missed it. Luckily another user already linked me to the 1080 version already. I have already cleaned up that better source file and will be tweaking it next. I will leave another post here when I have replaced the one in my post with the reworked version using a better source.

I also have a better version of the Houston Airtight scene that I will be uploading today as well to replace the previous version.
