I have to disagree here.
The Donkey Punch concept is not like any porn niche that centers on some physical trait (like very hairy women, the example you used).
It centers around an act that is quite risky to the female performer, especially considering the fact that many of the male performers in the more extreme scenes are not exactly very stable individuals themselves.
If the basic concept of your scene requires for a woman to risk a head injury, brain trauma or even death, you might want to reconsider it.

Someone in the mainstream needs to buck the trend and start making porn that cuts out needless circus acts that have nothing to do with sex. Bring the passion back!
