Errr....not really at all like a Thora Birch situation.

Thora Birch is an actual actress that's been in actual movies and who's mom was pornstar Carol Connors.. Chanel is a barely famous singer who's internet famous.

Fair enough but internet famous, depending on the demographic, can be a big deal. I'm a bit old for that, but look around, there's an entire indutsry about that, regardless of how dumb it may seem. My only point was she was the child of a porn star having mainstream success.

Her upbringing must have been a strange one, not sure when Penny Porsche shot her last scene but her daughter is 34 years old. Gotta be some overlap in her mom taking money shots to pay the bills and her growing up.

She isn't internet famous, she's since left the show, but was on Riduclousness with Rob Dyrdek. It's pretty much on MTV 24/7 now lol. She started as an office assistant on his 2nd show Fantasy Factory. That's what launched her music career.

Yeah. She was a teenager when her mom was doing porn and turning tricks off screen as well. I read an interview where she mentioned that her mom grew and sold weed when she was a teen, however she didn't mention the whoring. But I'm pretty sure she knew that her mom was doing that too.
