I think Jodie is a good Doctor and I also like Graham but the other 2 companions and the writing are shit.I also think this season the show tried too hard to be liberal social justice PC and less about telling good Doctor Who stories. Hopefully the show comes back in 2020 with some better writing. Also these 2 year waits between episodes are a killer as fans move on to something else.

One last thing... Nice to see Pepo back.

I have finally gotten to see the New Year's episode "Resolution".
I didn't like the change to the Daleks. Suddenly, they're immortal. Even after being split in three parts and somehow managing to reform from that (that's another alteration/addition to the Daleks's abilities I didn't like).
I will say that's the first time in quite awhile that a Dalek was shown as being sadistic.
Still, altogether, on the whole, it wasn't a bad first season for a New Doctor. I was worried the BBC would make sure to keep the whole "The Doctor is a woman now" up-front in every episode, but thankfully, they didn't do that. They did shove politics in our faces (Chris Noth has come down in the world since the original L&O). And the annoying bit about Spiders.
I have since learned that Archnaphobia is a big thing in the UK.
And, unlike with her predessor, she has been allowed to be the character and not have to try to act like every other version of the character in the last 50+ years like Capaldi had to do.
So, in my opinion, it was a flawed yes, but I'm sure other long-time fans have seen worse.

It's just another animated recreation of an original lost story arc.

From what I gathered, someone who was watching at home audio recorded this originally, and then they used the production notes to figure out what was what.

I haven't found any downloads yet but these usually take a little time.

I got Baker's final season blu ray that was just released. Before I watch it I am going back and watching old series that I have on dvd: right now I am watching Hand of Fear as I type this (Sarah Jane Smith's final ep). Then 3 more series, Face of Evil, Robots of Death and Invasion of time; then I will watch City of Death. Then the Blu ray final season.

I have never seen City of Death before. How perfect, I will be able to check this.

It was on back when BBCA were showing remastered versions of Fourth Doctor episodes on Sunday mornings.
