Cleaned out three closets because I needed the storage space. Ended up with a lot of clothes, books, and dvds I didn't need. Donated the clothes to the local Goodwill and the books and dvds to the library for next year's book sale.

I finally restored my regular sleep cycle, without using or upping my daily Xanax 1 mg dose or use another drug/supplement.
Now I can get a good 7 hours of sleep, even if it is very humid. Although I really need to cut off on the tobacco (cigars), as I find myself smoking more cigars than regular cigarettes.
