Tattoos are an acquired taste. I wonder how many of the members here knocking tattoos have any of their own? Tattoos are just like anything else- they can enhance or detract from a person's appearance.

My significant other has tattoos. I think they add to her beauty. The fact that they can be concealed by something as skimpy as this outfit from MoeFlavor is an added bonus.
