Wasn't even aware she'd retired. That's the thing too. Yes Remy LaCroix and Bibi Jones both retired from porn, but had a backlog of 6-8 months where you didn't even realize they were gone and not shooting additional scenes.

I remember hearing Claire was moving here to London to go to school but that was a while ago I don't know what actually happened. But looking at her twitter it looks like she hasn't retired and is still shooting just not regularly.

Someone on another forum told me it was because Claire had a new husband who didn't want her going back into porn, guess he thought he was her saving grace or something. I think it would be wrong to marry a pornstar and expect her to stop just because you want her to, after all you know she's a porn star.
