While I appreciate and honestly love tracking packages and when they give me an estimate on when I should expect something, I would love it when it becomes clear that it won't be arriving on time they change it instead of waiting until a point way past it being obvious. It's like, I'm not going to be mad at the delay. I'm more mad at being told "Oh no, it'll be there when we said."
