Natural or implant... difference is looks, size and shaping. Dont remember of any matching this quality. There are few of beautiful breasts which are of Stormy Daniels or Melissa Lauren or Roxy Panther but just only in some movies they appear good. Otherwise 'average'.

Sarah’s nipples do harden; it’s just not very noticeable. What you will see though is, when the nipple does harden the areola often darkens and elongates.

Its not a matter of better but a great boob job can look as fantastic as real lib boobs. Some men need to come to the realization that boob jobs are here to stay and some guys like one thats well done. The tyranny of natural tits needs to end.
