Add me to the list that's psyched that Hero was finally signed by the WWE - I've always gotten a Barry Windham-vibe from him (both in looks & in abilities) and that's a good thing IMHO. I feel bad for the indies, though (particularly PWG) - the only really strong personalities left are El Generico & Kevin Steen, and those two guys can't carry all feuds in all feds, can they?!?
The strongest "indy" is probably FCW (not an indy at all), seeing as they have Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, Antonio Cesaro, Xavier Woods, and now Chris Hero (new name TBD). Put that on TV, and it'd be must-see for me. With all that said: I'd rather see them come in as individuals instead of as a tag team; the WWE will never push a tag team again, so having them come in for 4 minute matches with the Usos or Colons doesn't really interest me. Put them as singles in the upper-mid-card, though? Yes, please. I'd like to see the tag division built up again, but not at the expense of those guys; why not just make teams out of the mid-card-and-below guys that they have now? Justin Gabriel & Ezekiel Jackson are both from Africa & doing nothing- put them together as the Africa Express or something. |

Well based on the staredown on RAW between Beth Phoenix and Tamina, Tamina is next. Stepping stone for Beth, which delays Kharma from coming back so soon. Gives her more time with her newborn. Beth and Kharma has to happen at Wrestlemania. Either that or a 3 way between those two and Natalya. Both match possibilities are very intriguing to me.
Back to the Kings of Wrestling, since both are under WWE contracts, what about the Queen of Wrestling, Sara Del Rey? I last read of her wanting to go to WWE. That's a woman that would certainly add more wrestling power to that division. Speaking of FCW, of those names burtog mentioned, the only one I'm not familiar with is Dean Ambrose. Seth Rollins, I saw some of him when he was Tyler Black in ROH; Xavier Woods, always called him Afrolicious Creed in TNA. Very athletic and skilled in the ring. Claudio Castagnoli and Chris Hero are two guys I've been watching in my personal ROH viewing. I'm not at their recent run as a tag team, but did see what they did earlier on, fantastic team. Dean Ambrose, only saw an interview he had in FCW, and I read so much about him and the character he portrays as this odd street urchin kind of outcast. He worked Dragon Gate USA, so I bet he's talented in the ring as well. |

But it looks like there whon't be a diva title match @ EM so WWE should start to build a program for Beth and Kharma for WM.
They could have a diva title match at EM and have Kharma cost Beth her title so you could get two divas matches on the WM card. |

yeah, Tamina is next for sure, they have been putting her and her superfly splash over lately, letting her beat people that don't matter. Beth will beat Tamina and then face Kharma , unless something out of the ordinary happens before wrestlemania. breaking news : Kharma is pregnant again, she is expecting twins this time, we wish her all the best in her future endeavors.

maybe the one diva match that I sorta care about and you would think they could make some money from . It should happen at Wrestlemania. As for Natalya, another babyface turn ? my care meter is at an all time low. Maybe let her form a tag team with Santino and she farts and he does some stupid shit . Or actually no, please don't. Dean Ambrose. I have seen Dean Ambrose once. vs CM Punk . I've heard nothing but good things about him, from here, there and everywhere. I just never bother to watch FCW , I might hear the odd result. I usually just wait until they come to the main roster to see them burtog, I agree with what you said about keeping the KOW single. the tag team division right now is same old same old (useless) |

I haven't seen enough FCW as of late to comment, but when I do keep up with it, I always like to see what kind of characters they go into when/if they get to the WWE.
I haven't been in this thread in awhile, so I have a lot to say, but I'll keep it short. Bryan...Man, just when I think he's becoming tolerable, he once again turns reptilian. I'm sick to death of this Big Show/AJ thing. HHH vs Undertaker...Their segment on Raw was pretty cool. I loved the clip with Taker watching projections on a brick wall, and the speech was dark and awesome. I think I'm going to enjoy him trying to convince Hunter to have one last match. As for the match itself, I can't say I want it to happen. I still say Hunter should walk way and Taker should get even more desperate, eventually fighting a younger guy and putting him over. I didn't mind HBK vs. Taker II, but I think everything that can be said between Hunter and Taker already has been. Jericho vs. Punk...I'm loving it. I loved the admission that he was using the fans, that everyone was a sycophant (which isn't new, but he had a new way of putting it), and that he's the best in the world. This is going to be interesting. Laryngitis...I'm fine with him having his job and sucking up to do it. He's a great heel. Just please hold the mic higher. |

Sheamus vs Bryan is hopefully where it is at. I keep thinking attitude era shit, Sheamus nearly hits AJ and AJ gets scared. Sheamus says he doesn't care about women and ends up hitting her with a brogue kick and the crowd goes nuts, or maybe they wont, maybe half the crowd will run out crying and WWE will get hit with some lawsuit.

I did see a live stone cold stunner on Chyna in Manchester in 1998, right after wrestlemania 14, Austin was defending the WWF title against the still trim Triple H. Crowd went wild when Austin hit Chyna with the stunner. We should definitely have the end of Big Show vs Bryan at the Elimination Chamber. The first word that came out of my mate mouth when he saw Daniel Bryan vs Big show was ''again?'' I tried to justify why the match was happening again but he wasn't listening, and to be fair, neither would I |

It just makes sense that Sheamus, a guy who likes to fight, has a nice guy quality, respects the business, chooses to dethrone someone who is claiming what Sheamus claims, but is actually dead wrong, and is booed as a result. It allows for the crowd to be more behind Sheamus, and it helps that bad guy is getting under the skin of fans in more personal manners. That's Daniel Bryan: he's preaching Veganism, allows for him to target fans personally and their health habits. He has a girl he obviously cares about, but why? "Because she loves him." Seriously, not because he "loves" her, which makes everyone question Bryan's true intentions. Sneaky guy tends to make a good heel. Also, he's not winning matches. How can fans cheer a guy who doesn't win? Weak booking? No, I think it's creating a heel that not only doesn't win, but displays smarts.
Ever noticed how Daniel Bryan is always walking out? He escapes with the world title during lumberjack matches, having his ladyfriend injured, and getting pushed by Mark Henry. His escape from the cage reminded of a steel cage match he had with Samoa Joe in ROH. I was hoping that kind of finish would happen. Joe had a choke on Bryan, and Bryan just slipped away. In the cage a few weeks ago, Bryan not only slipped away, he tried to break out of the grip. He got chokeslammed by Big Show, was about to get knocked out...but here comes AJ to save him. The face he made when he hugged her and glared at Show, it was amazing. So conniving and devious. He's approaching a match in the Elimination Chamber match that could very well have him doing something unique, in a match that begs for it (Edge in 2009 for example). In all this, Bryan continues to get booed, develops his character, and by the time the PPV ends, a feud with Sheamus will include a clash of beliefs. Specifically, when Bryan calls himself a role model, and in combat towards Sheamus on the mic, pokes fun of his growing stance in the B.A. Star campaign (factually, Sheamus was a chubby kid in Dublin that was bullied). Things will get heated, actual strong debates will occur, they head to Wrestlemania. The fact I've been reading increasingly anti-Daniel Bryan comments that target this character personally, makes me think it's working. He's being good...at being annoying. Seriously, "YES YES YES YES YES YES," enough said. Of course, this is just me thinking that match will happen. No mention of Christian, unless he actually returns. Just as long as Bryan takes the title to Wrestlemania. Making a case for Daniel Bryan and Sheamus, I think it has to happen. Or Christian/Sheamus/Bryan, just as long as Bryan is champion, and nobody else is involved. No Orton (no offense), no Barrett. Those two dudes can wait their turn. I can't help but be excited for Bryan and Wrestlemania. Given time, I honestly think he will be a spectacle. Sheamus will definitely work harder, I definitely expect that. As evidenced last week, he wants to try new moves, further polish his in ring talent. In a very interesting perspective: from main eventing in gymnasiums to holding one of the top prizes in pro wrestling at the biggest show of the year, and likely the biggest in history (Wrestlemania 28 will very likely break box office records). It's amazing, and I bet the CM Punk DVD slated to release later in the year will mention that in his own career. I don't pay attention to ratings so much, but I find it interesting that ratings for SD the past couple weeks have been in the low 2s (lesser accessible channel, less star power, taped show), while Bryan is world champion. Those are impressive numbers for the show. |

if one title is turning hands at the chamber I'd want it to be the WWE title, that is what I hope for any way, Jericho can win and then punk gets his rematch clause if one title to change hands, I want it to be the WWE title and not the world title. I'm not saying it will change hands , I have no idea. I'd most likely have Punk retain and make Jericho more menacing leading into a 1v1 at Wrestlemania . Jericho wins a number one contender match to get in there. Or Jericho wins at the chamber and punk gets his happy ending at Wrestlemania while Bryan upsets the odds and beats Sheamus. I'd love that personally. Sheamus can chase . It would be different than what most of us are expecting. I agree 100% that Orton and Barrett can wait for the world title. Not like Orton can complain about not having a title . lately it has been all about Bryan , he is so much better than the Miz at this point last year, they both cashed in but with Miz it goes back to the guy on the street playing wrestler rather than a wrestler playing a wrestler. I never once got interested in the Miz . I'm into this character Bryan is playing . wins by pin or submission will come. unlike some of you guys, I've never seen his heel work in ROH, I never seen Punk either so it made it all the better. I was on the Punk is over rated bandwagon until he started using the straight edge character , I started getting pissed off when he was losing all the time, so he grew on me. I've taken to Bryan much quicker than I did to Punk. |
