I guess many moons ago it was the only way fans could give suggestions to Pornstars, Directors, Companies etc but I don't think they even go there anymore. I used to find it funny when they weren't allowed to post hardcore pics on a porn forum. I've never been a fan or member of that forum particularly like you say with regards to the heavy handedness of the mods and the stalkers/White Knights. I assume you are talking about the @dult dvd t@Ik forum. I tried going there a couple of times, but just a look at the topics being discussed suggested I don't have much in common with that community. I swear half the topics look like:

Adding my 2 cents. Lost interest in Jennifer White once she went into bimbo mode with the fake tits and lips etc. Same goes for Dana DeArmond, that fake ass and fake tits look rarely does it for me.

The proliferation of fillers and stuff ruins women, and I'm sure in 10-20 years we'll all look back and cringe at the fake butt/filler craze. Gabi Paltrova was such a cutie, but her face looks so different now.

I agree but IMO the nature of it for girls / women with long careers who have few limits - Dana did anal straight away and virtually always has done since - is that the companies won't continue to pay out top dollar for the same stuff in their scenes. They'd probably rather hire new ladies to pad out their updates instead.

So they get new fake tits and ass and implore the studios to shoot them with their new bimbo look - to me a total wood killer, but obviously this shit has mass appeal since every Brazzzzzzers scene you see is with a bottle blond Barbie doll wannabe, zero passion and shot in a cookie cutter fashion with no imagination from its untalented photographer.
