Same here. I usually never have a problem with K2S or Fileboom, but lately it's been fail after fail. At least you can resume the downloads, unlike Filejoker or rapidgator.

My Premium Plan expired last month - decided not to renew but speeds have become so ridiculously slow that I thought I need to get Premium again.

Previously I used "disposable" card on my revolut app, no personal details were given.

However now they want my full personal info before I even get to the card details, ie Full name, address, postcode/zip code etc (surprised they dont ask for my NI / Social Secuirty number!!)

After years of getting K2S membership I have just about kicked my porn addiction. With free downloads using the unregistered option it now takes nearly 2 hours to download a 100 MB. I'm not using the registered download option cos I figure K2S would track me when I use VPN. So you see the K2S throttleback does have a good side.

The dropped/failing downloads are back to every damn time again with k2s/fb/tez. So sick of this shit. I have a TEZ that's stopped a half-dozen times at this point. Each time I walk away and come back to the computer, sure enough, it's stopped. Who'd actually pay for this type of crap performance?

now K2S comes up with a window saying download without registration and the speed is limited to 25 kbs, or register for a whopping 50. the fastest ive been able to get today is 70. it taken about 6-7 hours for 1.9 GB file with several restarts. Is the referer no longer a thing?

These three hosts have to be considered unuseable now for all practical purposes. Unless you're willing to sit at your computer continuously monitoring your downloads ready to restart them manually every 5-10 minutes, you will never get a successful download from any of them.

Edit: As Snackles says, I suspect the demand for registration is their brute-force way of trying to track VPN users. Your 'registration' will track you regardless of what IP you're connected to.

IF you change your IP with a VPN, you could download files without waiting time. If you must register, they don't care about your IP
