The massive issue with all active K2S links (visible in their embedded form) on femdom-pov.me and some other referrers leading/rerouting to a dead link appears to have been rectified (with roughly a couple days.).

However, the previous issue that involved a large number of random new links from a very specific, select time frame (ie: date of posting) suddenly going dead (basically happened all at once) hasn’t & a response from K2S about that issue was just a general form response from low-level support (stating that they may have broken terms of service), but not really addressing or understanding the specific incident (responsibility & knowledge of something like this would likely involve someone a little higher up the chain.). It still could be human or tech error or combination, but it is most likely a result of K2S responding to a false takedown request or requests or similar abuse of DMCA by a ersatz agent of the creators/studios instead of actual entity which nowadays are quite common (all kinds of examples in various spheres & on various platforms - both big video sharing sites like YouTube to adult sites and beyond), sometimes from competitors , sometimes just pure malicious actors. As flawed as the DMCA system is & as susceptible as it is to false reports (from multiple vantage points), it does have a system of allowing for counter measures, appeal & so forth. And it does not necessarily require using an agent or legal representatives to do so. The referrers are generally not going to do so (don’t really expect them to & they lack ability to do so, except contact K2S), but a lot of them seem to not store local backups & are relying on the actual storage sites cloud (and in this case their private copies seemed to have been removed as well), while K2S should, they likely due the simplest thing due time & financial constraints & just adhere to the false takedown request even if it is questionable (But responding to such malicious requests can eventually lead to most links being dead and K2S won’t be particularly useful if that happens.). For example, when certain sites or channels receive what they know to be a false request they simply ignore it, make counter requests, request data about the applicant or agent or verify that they are actually the creator or legit agent thereof. There are many obvious patterns one can see within this block of dead links of inconsistencies such one link from the same creator being dead & another within the same time frame (or literally posted on same date) not being dead, no over representation of creators/studios who have an established pattern of reporting and so on. Given the size, speed, randomness & how the links taken down match previous patterns of takedown on referrer sites, it points to them being removed due to human error, a malicious takedown request from a false agent or possibly a combination of both. Even when there are takedowns initiated by agents of a creator/studio, instead of they themselves, they still follow consistent patterns & nothing like that has happened here. Quote:

It seemed as if they had resolved the failed downloads issues but unfortunately, they have not. Three separate downloads were canceled after being over 50% complete. Since they were cancelled, they could not be resumed and had to be restarted.

Lately, I’ve really been observing how sometimes on K2S the download of a file is interrupted.... and this also happens on Fileboom. In general, I get the impression that K2S and Fileboom, and with them Tezfiles, are some kind of twins because they usually have the same problems at the same time and the technical support service gives the same answer....

Back in the day, many years ago, I used to use prepaid cards for itun@s purchases. Never gave any personal info, I like it that way....anonymous.... Sure would be nice if there were such cards for purchase at retailers...a prepaid Visa would work fine for me... |

Completed a 5 gig Fboom download though multiple fails and resumes.
Downloaded overnight woke this morning with 3 gig completed before the fail; glad that I was able to resume after hours of my sleeping through the fail but then if failed twice more this morning. Oh well, partially grateful; glad I was able to get the file in the end, a big file at that.... |
