Correct. Using the browse button inserts the small size thumbnail (150 pixels) only.

If you want a larger thumbnail, you need to either upload directly to P&H and select it there, or use the browse button here, preview the post, click the image, and then select one of the thumbnail options from there and replace it in your post.

Are you using our plugin, or directly uploading the images at PimpAndHost?
I believe there's an issue with our plugin, but can't find the post which discussed it.

If it's happening at P&H itself, so far as I can ascertain, they are working on it:

They removed the option to put a full size image.
Now, when I upload an image, under BB code I see the options mini, small, medium and large.

Now I have to right click and copy image then post it in my post.
