Jenna Haze was on the radio talking about tube sites and was asked the same question. Right now, according to her, the government really isn't persuing any of it stating they have no interest in protecting the porn industry. She had also mentioned it hit her pocket book too and claims to make more on live appearences as oppossed to her films.

Just what she said. I really haven't looked into it myself.

Maybe, and they do upload five-minute teasers, but most of it? They're like full length 30-minute videos, I highly doubt that is permitted.

I don't have a PH account, so I'm not entirely sure if PH honors DMCA requests and/or how quickly they get pulled.

Much of it is low video quality anyway. I don't insist on 1080p or nothing (mainly because I don't have the hard drive space for it), but a lot of the stuff there is like 240p or 360p, very low quality compared to what you can get, say, here.
