Found the name of the movie,

It was "Honey Pie" made in 1975, having the time to look at the version that is available today.

We definitely viewed the "UN-Cut" version made in our day and time. It was "quite" a bit more "extreme". Especially when they shoved a Louisville Slugger Baseball Bat deep.

Part of the Meatholes schtick was the mental abuse that went along with the physical dished out by none other than the infamous Khan Tusion.
