Nobody's denying she has a good sense of humor, but they weren't watching her vids because of that. The overriding consesus on this thread is that the people are glad she's retired because she fucked up her looks with surgery like so many porn stars and celebs do. It's sad that hot women don't see themselves as we the public see them. If they did, they'd never change anything.

I definitely disagree. Most porn starlets are hot enough that guys want to watch them get fucked--if not, the girl will have difficulty getting booked. But other than their willingness to work and stick with it, the difference maker for the actual "pornstars" is almost always their vibe and personality.

Why did Abella Danger become a porn superstar, while Lana Rhoades was essentially kicked out of Porn Valley? It sure ain't because Abella is more hot. No, she has fun in her scenes, it ain't Hollywood, but she actually can act a little. And she works her ass off. Meanwhile, Lana was/is a surly zombie that sleepwalks through most of her scenes and definitely did not look like she was having an ounce of fun.

As for Elsa's surgery choices, I agree, that's unfortunate and ruins her appeal for many, myself included. But that seems pretty judgmental, no? Body image for someone that's fucked hundreds of mopes on video, that seems beyond our pay grade unless you're willing to walk that mile yourself.

I don't care if it sounds judgemental. I'm not dating her. lol. The only reason I and most others started watching her was because of how we judged her physical appearance; she was hot, so we watched. It certainly wasn't because of her personality, because she didn't display much of one in most the scenes I saw of hers.

I wasn't aware of Holly Randall's podcast, I actually skimmed through a few of her conversations now, including the one with Elsa Jean.

It's occasionally quite interesting. But I also frown at some stuff. Like Charlotte Stokely is introduced entirely as a G/G performer, ignoring the fact that she had quite the substantial B/G career too before she went pure G/G. I'm going to guess that the boundaries are set by what the girl is interested in discussing but it's weird to even dismiss that part of her career in the video description...
