Depends on what making porn meant to the performer. If it was a neccessary evil for getting the money, we should delete the work of the dead.
If a porn star identified herself with her work, liked it or was proud of the talent, then keep watching the movie, have as much fun as she had when making it.

Of course it is in most cases impossible to tell if the porn star has fun or pretends having fun. I guess the popular stars like it, and the amateurs who do just a few photo shootings to get some cash hate it.

I would agree if there was something wrong with having sex while being filmed. But since to me sex is perfectly natural, I don't see the point.
