3 times in past 24 hours I spent hours uploading 6 movies only to have it tell me at the end without giving me the download links for each one:

This webpage is not available

ERR_TIMED_OUT

I already emailed them twice, first time was 17 hours ago when it happened during my first failed upload attempt.

Not once has Fichier answered my email!

I have tried 5 times in past 24+ hours and no luck.

Always ERR TIMED OUT and now it's ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.

All that time spent uploading to get nothing and no download links.

Their twitter says they are doing maintenance and upgrades and I see the site is down.

I don't know about the uploading but I downloaded 3 large files from them today and had no issues.

They didn't post that maintenance update on Twitter the whole 24+ hours I had trouble with them and I emailed them 3X and never received a reply.

I'm not surprised. Most of the hosts usually don't update what they are doing. According to their twitter, the downloading should be back up but "Upload will be back later" (and that was 13 hours ago).

Now it's doing this again for 3 out of 5 movies I uploaded in one batch several hours ago.

Haven't been able to upload anything to them in almost a week.

You start an upload, even just a single 500 MB file, and then after a few minutes you get this:

This site can’t be reached

The connection was reset.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

Yeah sure! It's going to take 9 hours to download 902 MB. It's barely giving me 40 kB/sec.

I've been getting really slow speeds from them as well. I hope this is just a temporary glitch, because they were the best host for free downloads.

I'm getting blazing speeds with them as a free user.
1fichier is the megaupload/megarotica of today.I just hope the admins add it as a preferred PATM host soon.
